Energy is Everything

Everything is an energy wave pattern, a frequency, oscillating in multi-dimensional levels. We are all entangled with each other at a Quantum level and “connected to the stars” Nassim Haramein, in his film the Black Whole.

Since the dawn of humanity, the evidence has always been there for us to realize, if only we knew what to look for.  Haramein shows us that we are all connected from our subatomic DNA levels to the stars and into infinite. Each level of our essence has its own torsion pattern that is holographically mirrored to the cosmos, black holes and beyond. Our consciousness gives us access, because we are the balance point between all subtle energies and physicality in the universe. We are the event horizon of the torsion wave function of the universe. We have access to all these level, subconsciously.

Some wave patterns can be harmful, especially if they are the result of a traumatic event. The emotional and physical impact of the force of a trauma, whether it was the result of falling off your bicycle as a kid, emotional wounding, the experience of war, a car accident, a birth trauma all can get lodged inside the body’s energetic field and soft-tissue. These wave patterns become a problem when they cause mental and physical stresses and tensions, when can lead to headaches, neck and back pain, and further injuries.

Negative, disruptive wave patterns are like dark and tangled wave frequencies that spike above the body’s normal rhythms and patterns; (breathe, heart beat, circulation, craniosacral rhythm and visceral and tissue mobility and motility). These tangled wave patterns are broadcasted through the energetic and emotional bodies and can be detected by your hands and your intuition.

Normally, our body’s own inner wisdom does a pretty good job of healing itself.  Yet, there are also times, when our body needs help. If the body is not able to release and heal from these disruptive wave patterns, it encapsulate them and moves them off into regions of the body that are less critical. Left untreated, the body fatigues, signaling the decline of health.

Dr. John E. Upledger, D.O., O.M.M founder of CranioSacral Therapy called these negative, disruptive wave patterns “Energy Cysts” because they are also often loaded up with negative emotions, like shame, fear and anger, that occurred during the original traumatic event. By mindfully tuning into the normal craniosacral rhythms your client,  you can begin to detect where in your client’s energetic and soft-tissue body these disruptive wave patterns are located and help release and unwind these tangled messes with simple energetic and intention methods.

Doctor Upledger called it “melding”, its’ when you mindfully move your awareness into resonance with your client’s patterns, for the purpose of providing therapeutic support. (It is a light trance meditation level of the mind). This simple, yet profound meditative concept gives you access to a person’s “Inner Physician” – Upledger terminology for a body’s inner wisdom, that part of you that knows how to heal and change the things that need to be changed. When you tune into and expand your awareness to see, feel, listen and dialogue with your client’s “Inner Physician” the door way into the pure consciousness, the wisdom and compassion of the universe opens.

Ancient shamanistic and religious traditions have many names, concepts as well as formulas for accessing this same phenomena. This is where miracles happen, the Bible tell us that all we need to do is “ask and it will be given . . . knock and the door will be opened”. The good news is, it’s easy to tune into these wave functions and patterns, because we already know how to subconsciously. It is all a matter of practice, learning what works for yourself. Then once you place your intention and get out of the way, Grace then will do it’s thing. Your ego is your amigo when its not in the way. To do this we need only to learn, remember how to be in neutral.

Your ego, persona is often locked into an ordinary mental awareness, it just lets things happen, because it assumes that we do not have any control of our situation. People are constantly being pushed and pulled energetically, consciously or unconsciously, which can result in an injury if you don’t protect your self. Being neutral, neither pushing nor pulling energy during a session, it keeps you grounded to the mother earth, feeling her gravity and in the present moment. Also, it helps to not get too attached to the outcome. Be humble and thankful and you will witness to miracles.

You do not want to use your own energy, this will only drain you. So when your merge, meld with your client, do so with the intention of getting help from the pure source of all that is. Do what is most comfortable to you, so if you want to stick with Upledger’s terminology fine, you want to call it God, fine, want to call it a spirit guide or inner wisdom, fine. It all works because you are tapping into the pure consciousness of the universe, working with the body therapeutically in the intention of the One.

Learning to move and expand your awareness is essential to being successful, as a partitioner, a therapist and as a person who is looking to thrive, looking for love, a job and prosperity in the world.

What is Snow Globing?

Orbing is a ball of light and an “innerqi” that you mentally create in your mind’s eye. It is one of my favorite mental concepts for orbing and arcing, which I call “Snow-Globing.”   It is based upon time travel or what a hypnotist calls Regression or even Past Life Therapy; It is a mental concept, a model that says that everything an individual has ever experienced is recorded and retained in the mind and the body tissue”, which can be recalled in a trance meditation for the purpose of a therapeutic transformation.

The mind has multiple levels of consciousness, which make up the three main systems of the mind. The first mental level is the ordinary awareness-ego centered everyday level of awareness; Second, there is the subconscious mind, sometimes called the unconscious mind which most people do not have access to, unless they are day dreaming, doing creative work or asleep. Then there is the third level, the super-conscious mind when all lobes of the brain is in sync multitasking and problem solving.  (For the purpose of this article, I will be primarily focus on trance levels of awareness, that is often associated with Alpha-Theta brainwaves, the cross over point between ordinary wakefulness and the dream states of the subconscious mind. In these levels of the mind, the whole brain’s mental functions move into a resonance with the Quantum Field).

Everything we experience, in the past has a certain amount of emotional content that has an energetic positive and negative charge on the presence in the moment, which in turn effects the future. The greater the emotional charge, the more it affects our mental and physical systems in the now.

Note: There are 6 basic emotions we all have. Measured out in equal portions, we have Bliss, Love and Joy for positive emotional states and Anger, Fear and Sadness for the negative. Any one of these emotional states can be extreme and have ill effects on your presence in the moment if not kept in balance with the others.  When you find yourself stuck in the past with memories of fear, anger or sadness, you are not a very pleasant person to be around. Likewise, when you are stuck in the extreme emotional states of love, joy and bliss no one really wants to be around you for very long, because of the lack of empathy, detachment you from others and their suffering. Balancing these emotional states is key to a healthy emotional life, which can be done when you anchor into your heart, mindfully being present in the moment and snow globing the extreme emotion state or hurtful memories it a way to get it done.

Snow globing, is a dynamic trance meditation concept that first begins with a heart meditation. Give thanks and ask for a blessing. Anchor your awareness, by mentally moving your mental focus into your heart. Then ask for help and place your intention, for example, “I want to have a healthier relationship with my mom, I want to change my emotional states around that hurtful memory”.

Then engage your imagination, create a sacred space inside your heart and invite your Spirit Guide to join you inside the heart’s circle of light, affirm and place your intention to heal the past, present and future around your mom.

Mentally move back into time and recall a time when the hurtful, painful memory occurred and decide that it needs to be changed. Once located, I orb it in a ball of light and pick it up like a snow globe and shake it with your intention.

As you put the snow globe down and watch the snow flakes inside it float around, adrift in swirls of joyful delight. Again, affirm and trust in Grace for the change and blessing. Watch these snow flakes inside the globe as they fall along different and healthier patterns than before.

Then end the meditation by intentionally arcing, connecting the reconfigured snow flake patterns inside the globe to your heart and present moment. Again give thanks for the revitalized, renewed and positive emotions it will bring.

Keep A Journal  You will also find that it always helps to keep track of these healing meditations. Writing it down signals your subconscious mind that you value its help and information and gives an anchor to your intuition and a grip in your life.

Note: When you get a response from Spirit the snow globe meditation, it gives way to an experience, one that begins to drive the story. It feels like you are no longer making it up with your imagination, it feels instead that you have become an active participate.  From that moment on, be an active observer and listener, allow the entire experience to be the information and help you need. Everything that happens to you after that point is your Spirit Guide working with you. You may not understand the message of the story at first, that is another reason why you should keep a journal. The experience and information gained by the meditation session will make more since to as you begin to live and work with it.

The Night’s Orbing Lights

As a kid, I had a very active imagination and a powerful hunger for magic . . .

I used to play with marbles, imagine that they were tiny little orbs that held entire galaxies and universes inside them and I never went anywhere without some kind of protection or lucky charm in my pocket. You can blame it on my mom, she read to me every night about far away places and adventures beyond my little imagination.

The first time, I saw orbing fire flies outside my bedroom window, my heart run off in pure excitement. In my mind’s eye they were little angels, or faerie folk or some kind of wee people of the night. I rushed to mom, to share with her my delight, only to be told they were only flickering fire flies and that it was way past my bedtime.

That night, I couldn’t sleep. Instead, I setup in bed to watch the fire flies from my bedroom window, flickering and swirling around the tree that stood in our backyard. I still recall in vivid detail today, what happened when I dropped into a light trance meditation.

I was staring out my bedroom window, with my eyes wide open, enjoying the swirling  lights around our tree, when one of them stopped and turned to look at me. It was as if, the orb of light, had suddenly realized it was being watched. My entire world tilted a bit, when I focused my awareness in on the little guy. I wondered if he could fly over to me, so I could get a closer look.

Just as I blinked, the orb suddenly arced in a stream of light through my window and flew around my room casting a kaleidoscope effect of lights on my bedroom walls. Then the orb of light came to a stand still, hovered in front of my face. For a few breathless moments, we just looked at each other. He was so beautiful! My mind became crystal clear and still. My awareness expanded out into a timeless realm beyond anything I ever known, out into a pure fields of love and joy. Infinite seemed to have touched me in that moment, leaving me awe-struck.  Then it was over, the little guy turned on its axis and sped out the window. I watched him join his little buddies, who were still flying around our backyard tree.

I didn’t tell mom, I couldn’t risk being told it was just my imagination. I didn’t want her to rob me of my treasure.

A little meditation, sprinkled with an active imagination is all it takes to open heaven’s door

What is CranioSacral Therapy?

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle,hands-on approach to improve the quality of life. It helps to release deep soft-tissue tensions and pain and to restore the whole body’s health.

To understand a bit more about CranioSacral Therapy and how it helps, we need to know a little bit about the craniosacral system itself. This is a very general overview of the system. In general the craniosacral system is like protective membrane for the central nervous system (the brain and spinal cord). The central nervous system is protected by the bones of the skull (the cranium), the vertebrae of the spine, and the tailbone, (the sacrum). Inside of this bony outer boundary are the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord and make up the craniosacral system.

The outermost layer of membrane is called the dura mater, it is the membrane that lines the inside of the cranium and extends down the vertebral canal around the spinal cord. It has very few attachments within the vertebral canal that allows movement of the spine, and then the dural membrane extends and securely attaches again on the tailbone, the sacrum. The dural membrane creates the watertight, outermost boundary for the cerebrospinal fluid, which supports the entire weight of the brain and spinal code.

The other two layers of craniosacral membrane system is the arachnoid mater and pia mater, all together the 3 layers are called the meninges.

Just like the respiratory system and the cardiovascular system, the craniosacral system is a physiological system that has its own rhythm. This rhythm, or cycle of expansion and contraction is created by the production and reabsorption of cerebrospinal fluid with in the meninges. The cerebrospinal fluid’s volume with in the system is constantly changing; it is rising and falling at a rate of about six to twelve cycles per minute. This rhythmic motion helps to circulate cerebrospinal fluid through out the craniosacral system.

This rhythmic motion, pumping of the cerebrospinal fluid through out the system helps to provides nutrients to the brain and spinal cord, removes metabolic waste products, acts as a shock absorber, creating buoyancy to reduce the effects of gravity on the brain and spinal code, also it maintains an environment that supports good nerve functions throughout the body.

A soft-tissue restriction could cause any number of problems including chronic pain, headaches/migraines, visual and auditory, motor coordination and endocrine and immune system issues, scoliosis, learning disabilities, chronic fatigue, and other health concerns.

Medical science had previously believed that the bones were fused together by adulthood. We now know today, that this is not the case.

A CranioSacral Therapist knows how to evaluate movement of the craniosacral system to detect restrictions, and thereby support their release and return to neutral. CranioSacral therapy is a gentle hand-on-modality that works closely with the body’s own inner-wisdom to help facilitate improvements in functioning, by releasing these restrictions which in turn helps the body’s own healing processes. A CranioSacral Therapist can help keep your nervous system and your entire body functioning at its best.

Fundamental Pattern of Life

Recently I have become excited about new patterns showing up in my life. A friend, introduced me to Nassim Haramein’s work. I really find a resonance with Haramein’s ideas, his understanding of the physics of the universe. Nassim Haramein has spent most of his life, studying the geometry of hyperspace, theoretical physics, quantum mechanics and ancient religions. Haramein combined his knowledge with that of Albert Einstein’s work, who came up with the Theory of Relativity and developed a Unified Field Theory to explain creation and the vacuum that connects all things. Through his studies, Haramein found both in the ancient and in modern world evidence of a fundamental pattern that is holographically present at every level of the universe, from the subtle levels, all the way down into physical matter levels.

Nassim Haramein’s movie entitled “The Black Whole“, provides scientific evidence that we are all one, everything has this same pattern and that consciousness is the horizon, the balance between all that is physical and energetic realms.

Haramein maintains that there is scientific evidence that all creation is formulated, created from this same energetic pattern which moves in a torus motion and emerged from the vacuum, the creative force that spawned the entire universe with all its galaxies, black holes, stars, planets and life. We are all connected, energetically entangled with each other at the most basic and fundamental level of life.

In Biblical speak, this fundamental pattern is not only every where, it is the veil between heaven and earth. All we need to do for guidance and providence is to expand our awareness and tap into our sacred connection. The beauty and joy of who you really are, as the Bible points out is right within you heart.

If your are wanting to access this fundamental level, I figure a Heart activation exercise and meditation is a good place to begin.  I hope to share with you more about this phenomena in later posts. Learning to accessing it, has been life transforming for me. It has not only saved my bacon numerous times, it has been the difference between just surviving and thriving.

Heart Meditation in a Crowded Room

I’ve  always enjoyed the french ambiance and food at La Madeleine, except  this one, that my wife and I like to go to, it always has the sounds like big kitchen in a small cafe. Pans and dishes are rattling, banging and the loud noise from all the people’s voices trying to be heard can be a bit overwhelming.  It’s enough to cause me some stress and anxiety.

Not really. I affirm that the stresses and feelings are mine. No one but myself has control over them and it is my responsible for my own energy and perceptional bias.

Instead of letting it all keep overwhelming to me, I decided it was time to change my focus. I mindfully took a slow inhalation and on my exhalation I slowly dropped my awareness down into my heart space. Meaning, I moved my mental focus out of my ordinary consciousness awareness down into my heart’s field of energy.  Here I dropped my intention in with a sprinkle of imagination. When I moved into resonance with my heart sacred space and opened my heart like a flower of life. Then I  expanded it out from myself into the room of people around me, to include them in my circle of light.

At first, nothing happen. Then while I was picking up some napkins and silver ware for our table, I started to inadvertently “Om-ing” to myself. By the time I had returned to our table to join my wife, I was calm and peaceful like a Buddha. My body didn’t feel so stressed out any more. Even the noise in the room seemed to be much less. It was like I could now hear the silence between the noise, almost like a music with a syncopated beat.

What was different? Me. In my heart meditation, I was now able to focus on the moments of silence instead of the noise in the restaurant. More importantly, I felt that I belonged, like no one in the room was a stranger to me, that we were all connected to each other like family.

Heart Meditation, breathing slowly in and out while moving your awareness into your heart’s sacred space is life transforming. It induces a powerful grounding, connecting your awareness to the here and now, in the present moment. The place in your heart that is still connected to Grace.

Scientifically, there is evidence that the heart meditation stimulates the vagus nerve, switches on the parasympathetic part of  your body’s  involuntary nervous system, which serves to slow the heart rate and induces a whole body relaxation response. whic hin turn calms the flight or fight syndrome. That is powerful.

Next time you find your self in a pitch, take a moment to tune into your own breathe, move your awareness into your heart’s sacred space and open to the Grace of the infinite moment.
